Establishment and Training of the Civilian Complaint Review Board

Congratulated the board on stepping up to their roles, recalled early advocacy for police reform in 2001, and wished the board success in their service.

Expressed excitement for the board, noted the need for speakers to speak louder for those hard of hearing, and asked how community perspectives will influence decisions passed to the police commissioner.
